Some of us believe false stereotypes about Christianity and others simply adopt a faith from family and friends without pursuing it for themselves.

In short, many of us are left spiritually dry, confused and disengaged from matters of faith.

But Jesus is inviting us to so much more!

Whether it's doubt, distraction, or confusion over who Jesus is — be encouraged! There's always room at the Lord's table for you. He wants a relationship with ALL His people.

This podcast aims to demystify what living as a Christian really looks like. How the process is often messy and challenging — yet always worth it for the freedom it provides and the glory of eternity. Jesus longs for you to experience the peace and comfort only He can provide; He has a permanent seat at His table designed just for you.

With humble hearts and willing spirits, Room At the Table shares testimonies, biblical truth, edifying resources, and the journey of following Jesus — no matter what. Our guests will ignite your curiosity, restore your passion and renew a heartfelt desire to know the King of Kings. Come as you are and take a seat. Jesus is waiting.

Hi friend. Welcome to the Table! I'm Kimberly Milo and I'm the hostess of Room At The Table with Kimberly Milo podcast.

This show is a place for guests and I to explore what it really means to walk with Jesus. The King of Kings invites ALL people to His table, no matter their doubt, fear, lifestyle or sin.

I've always been a sucker for learning how people come to Christ, exactly why they stay with Him, and how He impacts their lives. As the GOAT chain-breaker and life-changer, I can't get enough of hearing about His miracles, heart-softening and way-making.

Room At The Table was birthed from my own interaction with Jesus during a frightening time in my life. As I wrestled with following Christ yet not fully knowing Him, I was hesitant to commit to Christianity. It just didn't always seem nice, and frankly, seemed hypocritical. I had my own interpretation of Christianity, thank you very much.

On my knees in the midst of the crisis, desperate, overwhelmed and seeking God's help, Jesus invited me to get to know Him, whispering, "There's room at my table WITH your doubts, Kimberly. Can we start now?" A God who welcomes me even with my hesitation and doubt? Interesting…

I said yes. And here we are.

At home, I'm a grateful wife to a loving husband of 26 years and mom to four amazing kids. Hands down, my children are the most rewarding and precious gifts I've been lucky enough to receive.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Special Education. In my twenties I taught special education, gave singing lessons to teens and adults, worked in sales and started a Christian service organization for high school girls and moms. Now in my fifties, apparently God has called me to podcasting!
